How to Fix a Faulty Motherboard

Determine if there are beeping sounds coming from your computer. If you hear succeeding beeps, the RAM may be faulty so you have to replace it.

The last step is restoring the settings of the motherboard to default. However, if none of these steps works out, you may have to change your CPU with a new one.

Most problems resulting from a bad motherboard is comparable to those caused by a faulty power supply. You should make sure that the power supply is not faulty. If it is, try replacing it with another one and see if it solves the problem. You can also try replacing your motherboard with another one to see if it's defective or not. If it's still under warranty, you can send it to the manufacturer for professional computer repair. They can replace it with a new one too. Alternatively, you can bring it to a professional PC technician.
