A leading global asset management firm require an expert Business Analyst to strengthen their project teams primarily in the area of Treasury. This position will (and project management) regarding the delivery of solutions and enhancements to the business and is based in Zurich.
The unit ?Treasury & Risk Management? within IT / Solution Delivery has the responsibility for the delivery of technology solutions and enhancements to the business in the domains Treasury. In this position you are responsible for business requirements gathering, technical solution specification and business system design. The position holder will join a team of business analysts and technical experts with a focus on supporting initiatives in the Treasury area.
Responsibilities for the Front Office Business Analyst ? Treasury & Risk Management ? Zurich:
? Analyze and define solutions for complex business requirements gather business requirements and specify appropriate technical solutions
? Help to organize and run the user acceptance testing
? Build and maintain a trusted relationship with our internal customers and technical teams
? Continually seek ways to improve and enhance the quality of applications and the process of application development and maintenance
? Share knowledge, support and coach team members and peers
Requirements for the Front Office Business Analyst ? Treasury & Risk Management ? Zurich
? Business analysis with vast and proven commercial experience.
? Knowledgeable and ideally working experience in Corporate Treasury
? Strong, proven customer orientation
? Knowledgeable in project management methodology and experience in project management
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Experience in agile Software Development Life Cycle methodology
? Team player with strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently as well as within a global team
? Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex technical issues to a non-technical audience
? Ability to work under pressure with a high level of flexibility
? Experience in working with sourcing partners is a plus
? Fluent in English, German is a plus
